The Path of the Huffaz

Memorizing the Holy Quran is a life-changing spiritual journey. It is not merely a test of memory, but an act of worship that requires sincerity, discipline, and the right methodology. Our Hifz program is built on the proven traditional system of Sabaq, Sabqi, and Manzil.

We understand that every student has a different pace. Our certified Shia Huffaz work 1-on-1 with you to create a personalized memorization plan that focuses on quality over quantity, ensuring that every Surah you learn stays with you for a lifetime.

Who Is This Course For?

Children (7+) with basic reading skills.
Adults seeking spiritual fulfillment.
Students wanting to memorize specific Surahs.
Those aiming for the title of 'Hafiz'.

The Daily System

01

Sabaq (New Lesson)

Memorizing a new set of verses every day. The teacher verifies your recitation and ensures perfect Tajweed before you begin memorizing.

02

Sabqi (Recent Revision)

Reviewing the last 5-7 days of new lessons. This is critical for moving new verses from short-term to long-term memory.

03

Manzil (Old Revision)

Revising older portions of the Quran. A Hafiz is only as strong as his Manzil. We ensure you never forget what you've worked hard to learn.

04

Tajweed and Tarteel

Continuous focus on beautiful recitation. Memorization shouldn't be mechanical; it should be melodious and accurate.

05

Exam and Certification

Periodic testing (Sima'a) of full Juz. After completing the full Quran, students undergo a final oral board exam for their Ijaazah.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many classes per week are recommended for Hifz?

Consistency is key for memorization. We highly recommend at least 4 to 5 sessions per week to maintain momentum and ensure proper revision cycles.

Can a child start Hifz without knowing Tajweed?

No. We believe it's vital to learn how to read correctly before memorizing. If a student is new, we start with our Tajweed course and transition them to Hifz once their reading is solid.

What happens if I forget a Surah?

Forgetting is natural. Our "Manzil" revision system is specifically designed to catch these gaps early and reinforce the weak areas until they are solid again.
