Refund Policy

1. Free Trial Period
We believe in the quality of our teaching. Therefore, we offer a Free Trial for all new students. During this period, you can experience our teaching style, meet your teacher, and evaluate our curriculum without any financial commitment.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you choose to continue after the free trial and pay the monthly fee, you are still eligible for a full refund if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first paid month. Beyond this initial 7-day period, refunds for the current month are generally not provided.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Our courses are billed on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the following month. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months if you decide to stop mid-cycle.
4. Missed Classes
If a teacher misses a class, we will provide a makeup class at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to provide a makeup class, a credit will be applied to your next month's invoice. Refunds are not provided for classes missed by the student unless informed 24 hours in advance.
5. How to Request a Refund
